“I got married October 2025, and as a bride I tell all wedding parties AVOID THIS PLACE. Please read the one star reviews, you will see very common trends in experiences. My husband and all 6 of his groomsmen didn't get their rentals until TWO HOURS before our wedding. Originally, pick up was suppose to be Tuesday, but when they arrived they were turned away and told "we never said Tuesday at 1:00pm, your pickup is Thursday". Thursday comes, and they apparently don't have the suits and only three of the shoe rentals available. The day of our wedding my sister in law calls and talks to a lady who has not a professional bone in her body. She gets frustrated because my sister in law was asking about pick up times for the suits and shoes, when the wedding was THAT DAY. The employee on the phone very snakingly says, "this is why we do suits and not dresses". The owner calls my husband and says everything is ready for pick up, reminder this is two hours before our big I do. They rushed to get the suits and get dressed. And guess what....none of the alterations were done. The guys were picking out stick pins throughout the ceremony of where alterations were suppose to be done. My husband has a stocky build, his pants were so big he couldn't take off his suit jacket during our reception. His pants bottoms were not hemmed, and the shirt arms were so long you couldn't see his watch. We had a 6'6 groomsmen whose pant bottoms were up their shins. My brother in law's pants were too tight. And the list goes on. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I could write so much more on the customer service but I have no energy left.”
